Batters Up!

  
When was the last time you swung a bat? Have you ever swung a bat? I think that it is a bit of a secret that you can step up to bat right here locally, any day of the week. I can guarantee you will work muscles you haven't in quite some time when you go to the batting cages in downtown Globe.

This is a great afternoon or early evening activity to work up an appetite. This date option can be done as a double or group date as well.
What goes great with a few rounds up at bat? Head to Clint's Blue Line Barbecue for some different flavors and a fun atmosphere. Their barbecue and sides are so delicious, I recommend going on Thursday or Friday in hopes that they haven't run out!
Marriage Reconnect:

One of you be the batting coach and critique your spouse's form; maybe help them adjust and swing a few times. 
Read the following quote and discuss ways you can be better friends. Set one goal each for the next week:

Act it Out!

Surely you have lines from your favorite movies down by heart. My husband will attest to me quoting Finding Nemo at very least weekly since he has known me. Not to say that is my all time favorite movie, but scenes and words sometimes really stick with us. Have you ever thought of getting into acting? Tonight is your night to practice...both of you.  This is sure to bring out some laughs and smiles. Life sometimes becomes so serious and it is hard to find the time or even know how to break loose with each other. You could even do this at the park at dusk...que dramatic lighting. If you need to, print off some lines or refresh your memory by watching some clips of your favorite scenes. Record each other as you act out these parts.
